RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES are FINAL , unless stated otherwise.

If items are damaged upon arrival please contact within 48HRS of receiving, a shipping label will be provided to return goods; once received a replacement will be shipped out. If by any chance item is SOLD OUT you may choose a different product equal/lesser value.

 


 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please handle ALL accessories with care , items are sturdy but please do not BEND, SMUSH, or DROP. DO NOT wear accessories swimming or in the shower , DO NOT sleep with/in accessories. KEEP AWAY FROM chemicals like alcohol, ammonia, bleach, hairspray , acetone, hairspray, perfume and cosmetics.


ALL HANDMADE earrings are made with NICKLE FREE POST  , polymer clay , various metals/steels, woods, fabrics and yarns. IF you are prone to sensitivities we suggest being cautious when ordering. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REACTIONS/ SENSITIVITIES.


SHIPPING

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be PROCESSED and a EXTRA 3-7 days for your items to be delivered. Refer to confirmation email for tracking number to follow up on delivery. If you have placed your order during a weekend AND/OR  during a holiday season your order could be slightly delayed. Lotus Bloomed It IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If Address is entered incorrectly please reach out IMMEDIATELY ! 


PRE-ORDERS

Please refer to item for shipping date.  IF FOR ANY REASON IF THERE IS A DELAY WE WILL BE IN COMMUNICATION WITH YOU. REFUNDS will not be available on pre-orders where your order is still able to be fulfilled. However, refund requests will be considered if made due to extraordinary delays in delivery
(greater than 30 days from stated initial delivery estimate).
